All the employees of the Albanian Public Administration will have to face a test on their knowledge according to the duty of the post they occupy. Council of Ministers took the decision to test all the Public Administration employees at end of this year, in order to understand their knowledge on the duty's requirements. According to the Government, this test has got three objectives: to see if the employees are adapted to the work they do, to discover their abilities of the work performance and to define if they should be trained or not.
