Ministry of Energy and Industry submitted to Prosecution the file of the privatization of the Distribution System Operator (OSSH) after an audit conducted on this file. According to the Ministry, in this file was comprised even the favoritism towards the CEZ company, during its activity and also for the fact that they did not take the necessary measures to protect the Albanian State's interest, after the revocation of the license given to CEZ. Ministry pretends that State's Budget damages are worth 414 million Euros. The said Ministry filed charges to the Prosecution against the former Ministers of DP Genc Ruli, Ridvan Bode, Florion Mima and two former Vice Ministers of DP, Enno Bozdo and Neritan Alibali.
