
Constitutional Court suspends the new Law on fiscal offences. From today onwards, who commits a fiscal offence will be treated according to the former law, not according to the one voted in Parliament which foresses higher fines and even jail.
The decision of Constitutional Court comes after the complaint of the Association for the Protection of the Traders. Among its main measures is comprised the increase by ten times of the fine in case the employer does not make the declaration of his small business' employees, and it will be increased to 500,000 from 50,000 in the beginning. In the same measure were imposed fines for not issuing receipt to customers of all business categories.
