Prime Minister Edi Rama is developing an official visit in Israel where he had a meeting with his counterpart, Benjamin Netanjahu. "We never forget our friends," said Prime Minister of Israel, Netanjahu, adding that Albania is the only country that has hosted more Jews during the Second World War. He reminded that during holocaust, Albanians have helped Jews, refusing to gave them to the Nazis.

Both Premiers signed two collaboration agreements. Netanjahu said that this visit corresponds also with the 25th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relationship between the two countries.

Meanwhile, Jerusalem Post writes that during Holocaust, Albanians, most of them of Muslim religious, risked their lives to save Jews.
