Albanian Government gives the right to the tax administration employees to receive up to six salaries as award in a year, for the work done. The new decision of the Government allows to the Tax Directory to use 2% of the income on internal investment and awards. This Directory collects around Lek150 milliard a year.
Referring to this figure, the said Directory can use Lek3 milliard Leks on awards and internal investment. Nevertheless, not every employee can profit from this decision. They can receive awards only if within the period of six months they exceed the working plan in three months.
