Democrat Parliamentary Group requested on Thursday a five-minute break due to an urgent meeting. The Head of the DP's Parliamentary Group, Edi Paloka made the request after DP requested that Parliament to vote a resolution against the decoration of former executioners of the Communism regime. 

"It is in the honor of the Parliament to vote a resolution which forces the Executive institution to withdraw all the decorations awarded to former executioners during communist era" appealed Berisha. He said that Parliament should be voting this resolution immediately. In this way the criminals will do no further harm to this country.
