Leader of the Opposition, Lulzim Basha promised the continuation of the protests by the start of next week. In an interview he said that after some consultations made between the Opposition and their supporters, they've decided to continue the protest starting from next week onwards. "The civil disobedience it is a well-known practice all over the world. We will protest every day," said Basha. He made clear that this doesn't mean that the Opposition will boycott the Parliament as well, because, according to Basha the Parliament is the arena of political confrontation.
