Shkelzen Gashi’s Ready to Leave Basel for Young Boys

Shkelzen Gashi can revive his career in January 2016. Albanian attacker might leave Basel, where he has played for a short period time during the first phase of this season, for “Young Boys” club.

The 27-year-old player prefers not to lose any more time, even because he does not want to risk the role for the final of the European Championship. The Albanian National team's coach, De Biasi has made clear that all players of the National team should be playing at their own respective team at the moment of the gathering.

For this reason, Gashi has not been expecting offers from other stronger leagues, such as Bundesliga or Serie A, but he prefers to continue his career in the Swiss Super League. Gashi was the milestone of Basel club during the last season, as it happened with Grasshopper as well. The attacker came out as the best goal scorer of Switzerland for two seasons consecutively, but everything changed after the former Basel's coach, Paulo Sousa was substituted by the current Basel’s coach, Urs Fischer.
