Tirana's Municipality inspector, Besmir Karaj, known recently for his sign put on the penalty fine issued by this Institution, which was recently addressed to the Opposition after the protest of December 8, has made a criminal charge on Thursday against the said Institution.
He claimed that he was not working on the day that the penalty fine was prepared for the DP.
Nevertheless he did not make public the name of the Municipality's office that conducted this penalty fine. After the Opposition's protest on December 8, Tirana's Municipality sent a financial invoice to DP, considered to be the penalty fine for the public properties damages caused by the protesters during the protest on December 8. According to this penalty invoice, DP should pay Lek163 million.
