During his official visit in Berlin, Speaker of Parliament, Ilir Meta, had a meeting with the German Minister of Labor and some German MPs. For him, Albania will start the negotiations during the next year, trusting that the justice reform will allow it.
“We have made huge efforts for this, together with the EU experts. We are currently at the moment when a proposition draft for Constitutional amends has been sent to the Venice Commission,” declared Meta.
He expressed his trust that this will be an important moment for the EU to encourage the negotiation accession with Albania.
