As the annual tradition wants, even this year the Albanian politicians divided, celebrate the country’s Independence and Liberation Days. The Opposition commemorates these days at "Deshmoret e Kombit" cemetery.
The Leader of the Opposition, Lulzim Basha, former Leader of DP, Sali Berisha and other DP officials placed flower bouquets on the martyrs’ tombs. After the homages, Basha congratulated all the Albanians for the Independence and Liberation day.
”Happy Flag and Liberation day to all the Albanians all over the world. No other nation paid more than us freedom. But this freedom is incomplete because of the country’s poverty. This 28th of November should serve to give more dimensions to the nation’s freedom," said Basha.
