Government has put at the disposition of the owners of those properties that have been occupied by the illegal constructions, the compensation fund of 1.3 billion leks. This sum of money has been collected from the Agency of Legalization and Urbanization and Integration of Illegal Property (ALUIZNI) from those who have paid for the legalization of the buildings.
The Head of the Agency, Artan Lame said on Thursday that this agency has collected the sum of 1.9 billion of Leks during the period 2014 – 2015. Some 1.3 billions leks of this sum will be used to compensate the legal property owners.
