Constitutional Court to Decide Kokedhima's MP's Mandate on November 23

Constitutional Court will decide on 23 of November if the Socialist MP, Koco Kokedhima should receive his parliamentary mandate or not. This court accepted on Wednesday the request of MPs Group from the opposition that pretended the mandate of Kokedhima was in proportion with the law.

According to them, the socialist MP has profited from the public funds through his company Abissnet even after he was elected in the post of the MP but Kokedhima rejected all the allegations of public funds profiting.
