Prosecution does not give up. They request the prison sentence for former Albanian Governor, Ardian Fullani, who has been declared innocent by the court a week ago. This institution request the court the recourse of this case. According to the Prosecution, Fullani should be sentenced to five years in prison for the theft of 713 million Leks at the National Bank of Albania at the time when he directed this institution.
Prosecution claims that Fullani is responsible for this occurrence. Meanwhile he is charged with abuse of office offence.
