Ina Rama Wins the Battle, She Can Return to Judicial System

Three years after she left the General Prosecution’s Office, former Attorney General, Ina Rama wins the battle at the Administrative Court, which means that from now she can return to the Judiciary. 

The Administrative Court ordered with the decision of the High Council of Justice, to propose to the President the appointment of Rama at the Appeal Court. The decision was communicated by the following judges: Artur Malaj, Lindita Selmanaj and Alkelina Gazidede. The former Prosecutor - General, Ina Rama, denounced the High Council of Justice in 2013 because this institution did not consider her request to return to the Court.
