Albania has fulfilled the Brussels conditions to profit from the funds of second instrument before the membership as support to public administration. This was the declaration of the Minister of public administration and innovation, Milena Harito, after the meeting with the vice President of European Commission, Andrus Ansip.

“In the coming year, due to the success we have achieved in the implementation of public administration reform, the IPA funds will be deposited directly to the Albanian state budget and not anymore through projects, and this will be made possible through the public administration reform. We discussed the importance of digital mechanism to fight corruption in public services,” said Harito.
