Vucic: I Will not Go to Elbasan due to Politicization of a Sport Event

The Serbian Prime Minister, Aleksander Vucic made public on Thursday that he will not travel to Elbasan to watch Albania - Serbia football match, due to the politicization of the sport event. 
"After some talks with the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, I decided to not travel to Elbasan," said Vucic. He asked the Albanian government to guarantee security for the Serbian fans who will be present at the stadium. 
"I believe that the Prime Minister of Albania and the Serbian leadership, with the student exchange, sent an important message not only to our people, but also to show to the entire world that we are responsible for the future of the region," he said.
