Democratic Party unveiled on Monday its platform of the judicial reform. Democrat MP, Eduard Halimi, said that this platform comprises 300 recommendations for justice system in Albania and the proposals bring on the need of Constitutional amendments.
Meanwhile, Enkeleid Alibeaj revealed that 60 reccomendations out of the total said number proposed in the platform are related to the Albanian Constitution. According to him, the DP proposals will change the Constitution in regard to Prosecution, Constitutional Court and High Council of Justice.
