Democratic Party presented on Friday its draft for decriminalization. Different from the government’s draft presented two days ago, DP has foreseen the establishing of an institution that will make the verification, and a special structure within the Prosecution General. 

"The Parliament will be the competent institution that will give political control to the MPs in this entire initiative, so that no one deviates from the law’s purposes.  Some citizens have the right to request verification for a public official. We have also foreseen the institution that will enforce the law. We have foreseen a specialized structure at the Prosecution General that will make these verification. This will make responsible an institution like the Prosecution and removes it from the Prime Minister,” said democrat MP, Oerd Bylykbashi.
