Shkodra, Five Arrested for Cultivation of Narcotic Plants

Shkodra police arrested on Tuesday morning five persons for the cultivation of narcotic plants. Among the arrested there is also the Head of Temul village. Official sources informed that Ndoj Vavaci, 35 years old was arrested with the offence of abuse of office, because they found six parcels with 163 narcotic plants located in Nenemameza.

Police arrested also the persons: Xhelal Hasani, 53 years old, Mergen Hasani, 23 years old and Esat Hasani, 21 years old, members of the same family. Police found parcels planted with cannabis sativa near their house. During the anti-cannabis operation, police arrested Erhaid Nurej, 21 year old, because narcotic plants was found in his house.
