Democratic Party accused on Friday that the Albanian Energy Distribution Network Operator (OSHEE) in a few hours will offer of 5 million dollars to the friend of the Prime Minister Edi Rama. Spokesperson of DP, Orjela Nebilaj said that this institution recently is being used to offer rewards to Rama’s friends.
"This sum of money is destined for the tender winner for the premises of OSHEE? Where is the transparency for the Albanians’ money? Why is this government spending money on luxurious new offices? Who is responsible for this case of corruption?" asked DP.
