Minister of Finance Shkelqim Cani signed an agreement on Thursday with the Switzerland Ambassador to Tirana Christoph Graf for the public debt management project, in order to improve the quality of financial analysis system.
“The current public debt management system in Albania fulfilled its objective. There is no justification why Albania should not have the most advanced system. This agreement guarantees a more sophisticated and a more qualified financial analysis system," said Cani. During this meeting, minister Cani admitted the existence of problems associated with inflation. He noted that Albania has an inflation rate of 1.3 %.
