
The Prime Minister, Edi Rama said clearly and determined that it is time for the government to act. The Head of the Government held an ad hoc meeting with the respective governmental structures involved in the action against informality. The Prime Minister said that it is the right moment for the Government to act and implement the necessary reforms. According to Rama, hitherto these reforms were not implemented, but now the presence of the state is felt.
"We are launching an operation against informality. Government’s awareness and firmness will be at the highest level. Now we are at war with informality," said Rama. He further added: "Informality disrupts the national reorganization process of the state and society".
