The 16-year old girl, the eldest child of a family living in Tirana denounced to the police the violence that the 36-year old mother had exercised on her because she had told her father that her mother has a boyfriend. The conflict between the mother and daughter arised in March 2015.
The mother exercised violence against her daughter also in the presence of the two other children requesting her not to tell her father that she would go to Italy with her boyfriend.
The court offered protection for the young girl when they heard this story by ordering the mother not to approach her and the other children anymore. The authorities ordered her to stay away from the house where her three children reside and and from their school building as well.
