Albanian Government reached an agreement of Euro 2.2 million budget which will be used to help families with a low-income, who cannot afford to buy to their children school books for the new academic year season in September. Beside poor families from this budget will benefit also big families. 

"All parents with 4 children will receive free books for the third and fourth child. 

We have guaranteed a budget worth Euro 2.2 million to provide free books to all categories of families in need," said the Minister of Education and Sport, Lindita Nikolla. 

Roma and Egyptian community children are included in the list of the children who will be profiting from this budget. In the list are included also the children who have been victims or risk to become victims of human trafficking in the near future.
