Police of Korca arrested on Thursday two persons that are suspected to have been involved in a fraudulent financial scheme, benefiting a value of 1.5 million dollars. Police authorities informed that they have arrested Foto Kapurani and Dhimitri Metellari, while they are investigating for possible other involvements. From the investigations made by Prosecution of Korca it results that Kapurani as administrator of concrete companies in collaboration with other persons created some commercial entities, in order to make fictive selling between each other. Through this procedure they avoided to pay taxes with a value of 1.5 million dollars.
