Albania has increased the number of the exports of agricultural products. According to the Minister of Agriculture, Edmond Panariti, on the first six months of the year the agricultural exports weredoubled in some zones like Berat and Lushnje.

"From the data that come from the first half of this year we have doubled the exports of agricultural products, which also means a significant increase of agricultural and livestock production, " said Panariti. But along with the increased production, the minister said that another added value is the creation of brand products, which make the Albanian agriculture in foreign markets identifiable. In order to promote these products, the Ministry of Agriculture has exposed bio products from the area of Pogradec, which have received also the quality seal.
