State police in cooperation with the Operator of Electricity Distribution issued within a week 3567 controls for the theft of energy. Some 50 cases of theft of electricity were identified from these controls and 15 people were arrested in the act. Police reported that during the controls were identified some 34other persons that have been declared wanted for the theft of electric energy.
