Tirana Municipality denounced on Friday an illegal construction that according to this political force was build inside the walls of Tirana Castle. The deputy Mayor of Tirana Municipality, Enno Bozdo,  said that the Municipality of Tirana has taken all legal procedures to stop the illegal construction that was carried out inside the castle of Tirana, a monument of culture of category A.

“According to the law on cultural heritage, constructions are forbidden in archaeological sites “A”,” said Bozdo. According to him, although that the Ministry of Culture has announced for this construction to be in violation to the law, no one has taken any action. “The construction was done by a friend of Rama, Alban Xhillari,” accused Bozdo. He stressed out that without the approval of Rama, it would be impossible for this construction to take place under the nose of police.
