Democratic Party (DP) has reacted on Sunday to another reconfirmed judge on duty by vetting bodies.
In a statement to the media, Deputy Chairman of DP's Parliamentary Group Gent Strazimiri said that Supreme Court judge, Ardian Dvorani, is a symbol of the rotten justice from his links to organized crime and that he was taken under public protection by his tutor Premier, Edi Rama to silence the facts that prove he should no longer serve the country, as Strazimiri said.
He stated that vetting bodies should clarify and answer the suspicions that Ardian Dvorani has served the organized crime by helping the gang of Interior Minister's brother Agron Xhafaj.
"Facts made public by the DP revealed that Dvorani can't justify ALL 100 million of wealth, the buying of 3 houses in conflict of interest, failure to comply with the decision of the Constitutional Court for termination of the mandate.
These clearly show that for the servant of Rama, Ardian Dvorani, the vetting bodies have carried out a farce process.
The silence vetting bodies for these facts only undermines faith confidence in the vetting process, which is holding in the system corrupted and related to organized crime judges," said Strazimiri.
