The Public Commissioner appealed o Thursday the decision that Independent Qualification Committee (IQC), gave for the head of the Constitutional Court, Bashkim Dedja.
The last was confirmed on duty by the committee despite some problems identified during the vetting process.
Based on the recommendation of the International Monitoring Operation (IMO) the Public Commissioner required the discharge of the head of Constitutional Court.
According to Commissioner, Dedja does not reach a reliable level in the valuation of assets and will have to face the Special Appeals Commission.
He was confirmed on duty by the IQC, although he had problems with wealth.
