Socialist MP, Ulsi Manja stated on Monday that the justice system is not under collapse and that opposition's accusations towards judicial reform are not based.
Despite this fact, e sought opposition's consensus for the bill on magistrates, for which are needed 84 votes before it comes to function.
"The new draft law on magistrate's has been voted with 84 votes during the last mandate. We do not have 84 votes, but that does not prevent us from seeing each other eye to eye and to say some truths about justice reform.
The opposition does not really understand justice reform. What a disaster can the Opposition possibly face by approving the bill on magistrates?
There is no collapse in the justice system! How is it possible that opposition is assaulting the Vetting process with such an absurdity," said Manja.
