Following Monday's DP group meeting, the leader of the opposition, Lulzim Basha spoke to the media about the bill on magistrate's school, saying that ruling majority has captured this school, and that it could now be called a political school.
He made so clear that democrats will not vote the new law on magistrates' school for which ruling majority needs 84 votes.
He even added that passing the bill on it would not solve the grand problems created by the lack of Constitutional Court.
"Law on School of Magistrates is passed only by majority votes so no other party could intervene after they capture this school. It is a political school already.
This is an institution totally captured by PM, Edi Rama. SP aims a long-term capture of justice. If judicial reform had functioned then former Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri would have been in prison," said DP chairman.
Basha talked also about DP stances and requests and sought immediate resolution of the deadlock of Constitutional Court.
