Minister of Education, Lindita Nikolla, said on Saturday that "Teacher for Albania" initiative will soon become a law.
According to her, this initiative aims at meritocracy for teachers.
"There will be meritocracy for teachers. There are many witnesses who have been employed thanks to this initiative. With the reforms undertaken we have remained behind in two main moments to bring quality. The "Teacher for Albania" portal has served as the first dam to bring out the best in this entire tutor, bringing very good individuals. I am in the second term and we have not gone where the children of Albanians deserve to be," said Nikolla.
She added that to employ someone as a Director of a school, European and American models are being taken in order to certify them.
