The restoration of the Holy Apostles' Church In Hoshteva, Gjirokastra has begun on Saturday.
The restoration project is designed by specialists at the Institute of Monuments of Culture and provides for interventions on its external elements, as well as reconstructions in wall painting and wood iconostasis.
Restructuring of this cultural heritage was made under the cultural program "Roads to Faith".
The Church of Holy Apostles in Hoshteva is a post-Byzantine church of the Basilica type, a first-class culture monument and it stands out for its architectural side and for special frescoes.
