
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania, Ditmir Bushati, paid a working visit to the Kingdom of Norway, where he met his Norwegian counterpart, Børge Brende. During the meeting, Minister Bushati thanked Norway for the support given over the years by financing several development projects in Albania.
The two ministers expressed their conviction that the partnership established between the two countries will deepen, especially in the domain of hydro-power, where concrete investments have been already planned. Meanwhile, Minister Brende praised Albania's active role in the region and he encouraged the continuation of efforts in order to strengthen peace, communications and energy security as components of stability and prosperity in the Western Balkans.
