A mentally-ill person, Nerfan Halimllari, stabbed will a pair of scissors on Monday morning two policemen, as they were trying to arrest him.
According to the police, the author, part of Roma community has threatened and took a sum of money to Ardian Kuka, owner of a shop.
Meanwhile, Kuka has immediately called the police who went to arrest Halimllari in his house.
The policemen seized the robbed money, whilehe responded with violence while police was trying to arrest him.
He took a pair of scissors and stabbed the policemen who have received light injuries. Later on, he was arrested and sent in custody, as the police says.
