In the heat of the debate on National Theater demolition, Prime Minister, Edi Rama, presented on Sunday the project of the former Hydrology Lab, now transformed into a theater, named 'Turbina'.
In the project published by PM Rama is seen the transformation from a destroyed environment to the new Art Center of Tirana.
"A new ultramodern space for art and stage culture, which will further fill the horrible void that the long years of continuous destruction of cultural infrastructure and artistic life had created," said Prime Minister Rama when he first introduced the idea of this space's transformation.
