Meanwhile he described as scandal the initiative of Edi Rama to gather money for the footballers Granit Xhaka and Xherdan Shaqiri, when Albania has bigger issued to deal with.
"National Library is flooded while the Premier seeks money to pay the fine of Swiss team footballers. The library was flooded due to the constructions which have destroyed pavements and boulevard and even sewerage. The recent rains destroyed thousands of books! Our prime minister doesn't care what happens to the library. I am convinced that Xhaka and Shaqiri will refuse the money Edi Rama has gathered, because he is playing with them by abusing with their image. PM Rama is occupied to gather money for them, while library, schools, the sick ones and the quality of citizen's life may wait," declared Luan Rama.
