The head of the Parliamentary Group of Socialist Party (SP), Taulant Balla, declared on Thursday that he will send in the Prosecution, a third lawsuit for the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha.
According to him, this accusation will come for his words after the decision of the European Council on the date of the negotiations.
"Following Lulzim Basha's defamations and insult, already addressed also to the entire parliamentary group, we are convinced that the affair of seized euros will be discarded once the authors are caught. We are assessing to send to the Serious Crimes Court a third lawsuit, for his words after the European Council's decision on the date of the negotiations. They must already learn to bring evidence before the public or be ashamed as they deserve in courtrooms," said Balla.
