Former Director of Civil Emergencies, Shemsi Prençi, discharged from office by order of Defense Minister Olta Xhacka, reacted on Tuesday afternoon by saying that she was not cooperative at all.
According to him, Haki Cako's appointment at the head of this directory is illegal.
"Since the time that Minister Xhacka took the office, she expressed a kind of hesitation to cooperate with me. I often sent memos to cooperate in emergency situations, but she always hesitated to take concrete measures. Cako's appointment at the head of Civil Emergencies is illegal," said Prenci.
