Two cousins, Alfred Vladi and Ervis Vladi are declared wanted by the police as orderers of Toyota cars in which EUR 4.5 million were hidden.
From police investigations the two cousins are owners of some businesses as car laundry, two transferring money shops and oil merchandise.
They are resident in Peshkopia and have previously been arrested for cocaine trafficking in England and France, according to the police.
Elvis and Alfred Vladi didn't go to take the cars when they arrived at Durresi Harbor.
It is learned that they have escaped when the news of the operation was made public by Democratic Party Chairman, Lulzim Basha.
