The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, noted on Wednesday the importance of the platform functioning of co-governance underlining that every problem denounced in this platform will be solved within 3 minutes.
According to him, the primary mission of the platform is to eradicate the old mentality of the administration by giving immediate attention and solution to the problems of the citizens.
"The highest titular, who is the minister, will immediately make available to the citizen the solution of the problem within three minutes. This is the connection that people traditionally have sought and continues to seek through a friend, cousin, or worse through bribe," said Rama.
He guaranteed that the platform provides the initiation of administrative investigations, dismissal or even prosecution of persons who have been found to have become an obstacle.
