Tirana is not far from the day when it will prohibit the movement of pitbull dogs. The news was made public by Tirana's Mayor, Erion Veliaj, during a media declaration. Mayor admitted that the situation with dogs that are a source of danger is ever-increasingly concerning the citizens.
"All those people that have a Pitbull dog will have to face the law. I am a radical. I believe that some animals that across the world statistically attack more, and also have a lethal bite shouldn't be here at all. I have talked even with the Minister of Agriculture, Niko Peleshi, and we both agree to prohibit definitively the import of these aggressive animals," said Veliaj.
