The prosecutor in the Court for Serious Crimes, Dritan Prenci, has successfully passed vetting this Thursday.
The decision was given by the Independent Qualification Commission (IQC).
The jury comprised of Genta Tafa, Pamela Qirko and Suela Zhegu decided to confirm him in duty after verification made for his wealth and integrity.
Prenci, is one of the prosecutors in charge of the case against the former Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri, accused for corruption and drug trafficking.
