The State Supreme Audit (SSA) has sued on Monday the former Mayor of Rrogozhina, Ndricim Dushku for causing a damage of ALL 24.5 million to the Albanian State.
According to this institution, other than the economic damage, the Mayor has used public funds without economic, efficiency and effectiveness at the value of ALL 217 million, missing revenues in the amount of ALL 75.8 million and alienation of state property through lease procedures of 99 years for 16 different cases.
For these violations and others, SSA has denounced Ndricim Dushku, the former Mayor of the Municipality in the capacity of the Head of the Immovable Agricultural Land Leasing Commission.
SSA, in order to improve the situation, has recommended to the Municipality of Rrogozhia measures of an organizational character regarding the elimination of practices that has a negative impact on the budget, mainly in the field of taxation.
