The Amphitheater in Artificial Lake is ready to welcome the audience after its full rehabilitation done by Tirana Municipality.
Its inauguration will be done on May 30 with a special concert entitled "Sound of the Moon", in which 400 artists will perform under the direction of Noorman Widjaja. Artists would be from Albanian Radio Television (RTSH), Band of Armed Forces, Fanfara Tirana, National School of Ballet, the chorus of National Theater of Opera and Ballet, ballerinas and soloists.
Part of concert will also be the prima ballerinas of National Theater of Athens while special guest will be the famous violinist Olen Cezari. The audience will have the opportunity to enjoy a rich artistic program full of musicals, ballet, symphonies, arias and overtures.
Tirana Amphitheater can welcome up to 1500 spectators and will serve as an open theatrical scene for the organization of various cultural and artistic activities.
