The next stop of the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, during her visit to Albania was "Tirana Business Park", where she together with the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, participated in the Economic Forum.

During his speech, Rama was focused on the importance of German investments in Albania, paying special thanks to Linder family.
"This is a great day for the relations with Germany. I thank Linder family for its investment. A piece of Germany comes through an investment of Euro 100 million. Albania needs money and employment, therefore German entrepreneurship will promote a new work culture in our country," said Rama. In addition, he underlined his will to change the approach of Albanian government towards entrepreneurs, who have remained disappointed many times in Albania.
On the other hand, the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, assessed the economic relations between the two countries as very important.
"Germany is interested in improving these relations. Examples of German investments are Tirana Airport, mobile telephony, textile industry, etc," declared Merkel.
She underlined the fact that Germany is looking for professional workers but not asylum seekers, saying that in the future this situation will change.
"This country doesn't have a flux of asylum seekers that accuse their government, but this situation will change. Germany is interested on qualified workers," said the German Chancellor.
