In the 45th anniversary from Spac's revolt, Head of State Ilir Meta asked for a memorial to be built in the memory of all the dissidents.
In his speech, the Albanian President Meta noted that it is an obligation of state to find the remains of the victims of communism.
President Meta highlighted that past should be treated with transparency and former political prosecuted should be given a fair indemnification.
