The two Democrat Mps, Enkelejd Alibeaj and Ervin Salianji, together with legal councilor Gazmend Bardhi arrived in Prosecution to testify regarding the audio recording of Minister of Interior, Fatmir Xhafaj's brother. MP Salianji was holding a letter which wrote, "I am Ervin Salianji". Meanwhile Prosecution had also called journalist Jetmir Olldashi, requesting him the equipment the audio recording was done with. The prosecution had called the MPs on Thursday; however they did not show up due to their engagement in the plenary session. On Tuesday, May 15, police officers took the audio recording to Prosecution so investigation could start.
DP claims that Minister Xhafaj's brother, Agron Xhafaj, has been talking with another person regarding drugs. Agron Xhafaj himself, through an open letter made known that he turned himself in the Italian police, claiming the audio recording is not authentic but it was rather made to blackmail his brother, Fatmir Xhafaj.
